The Telford Growth Point Package highway improvements carried out by McPhillips during 2016-17 was commended in the “Project Of The Year Value Over £5m” category by the Civil Engineering Contractors Association at last week’s CECA Midlands Annual Awards held at the Hilton Birmingham Metropole Hotel.
