The McPhillips team recently completed the 12-month S278 works on a section of the A34 in Stafford, upgrading an existing junction and constructing an additional junction.
This will provide infrastructure access to the new Beaconside housing and school development being built by Vistry Group and Barratt Developments plc. The project included diversions and new service utilities for signalling and site supply, covering water, gas, electricity and telecoms.
As part of our ongoing commitment to providing the highest levels of service and quality, McPhillips gained National Sector 16 Approval for surfacing during these works, and are pleased to to be a Staffordshire County Council Highways approved surfacing contractor.
It was a pleasure to work closely with the SCC Highways team on fulfilling the schedule and cost requirements for this job.
