As a directly-employing contractor, the majority of our work is self-delivered by our own people and plant. Where we engage sub-contractors and suppliers, we work with established partners and assess them for their approach to fair, safe and lawful employment.
We directly employ our workforce, pay at least the real Living Wage, and operate clear, fair recruitment and HR practices. Our teams are trained to recognise and report concerns.
We keep our policies and supplier checks under regular review, and act promptly on any concern raised through our reporting routes. This statement is reviewed and approved annually.
