McPhillips is seven months into programme and work is proceeding well on the £5.7m project to deliver a new 68 bed Travelodge hotel in Telford Town Centre. The structure has been completed, roof cladding is on and the first fix internal fit-out is proceeding. Bathroom pods have all been installed and the windows are due for fitting next week. We are also well underway with the enhanced public realm and the fountains are due to be installed shortly followed by feature seating areas.
