McPhillips welcome new apprentices

McPhillips are delighted to welcome this year’s intake for their highly successful Apprenticeship Programme. McPhillips received a large number of applications and candidates were of a very high standard.

The five candidates accepted onto the programme started at Telford College mid-September studying for an NVQ level 2 in Construction Operations. Over the next two years, the apprentices will attend college for one week per month combined with onsite work with McPhillips teams.

McPhillips SHEQ Manager Stuart Bishop commented… “Our new  apprentices have been placed into suitable civil engineering teams and will begin their training. We will give each apprentice our full support, I hope they make the most of this fantastic opportunity.”
