Yesterday we were pleased to welcome six new apprentices to the McPhillips family as they took a look around our Telford head office.
Lewis, Olly, Jacob, Ewan, Leo and Louis (pictured with Managing Director Paul Inions) will soon start our bespoke two year programme of on-site experience and tuition at Telford College which will see them qualify with CSCS, NRSWA, First Aid and NVQ Level 2 certificates on completion.
Since 1995 McPhillips’ successful apprenticeship scheme has provided well over 100 young people with a solid start in the industry and more than 20% of our existing 200+ strong in-house workforce were previously McPhillips apprentices.
We recognise that our current and new apprentices are the future of McPhillips and the construction industry in general and we wish them every success in their future careers.
