Shrewsbury Town Centre Paving work

McPhillips’ footway and public realm improvement works on the £1.2m Shrewsbury Integrated Transport Package: Town Centre Package 1 for Shropshire Council are progressing well.

We have completed much of the work in Murivance where we have been improving the street scene by widening existing footways with replacement Yorkstone paving and kerbs, replacing lighting columns, signage and street furniture.

Early in 2019 we are due to move into Town Walls and Claremont Bank with work being carried out from St Chads to Montgomery’s Tower and are also due to renew paving in the Pride Hill pedestrian area.
