The A34 Sprint is a key element of an integrated, environmentally friendly transport network for the West Midlands, creating uninterrupted bus-priority routes. Phase 1 was required for completion in time for the Birmingham 2022 Commonwealth Games at the Alexander Stadium in Perry Barr.
