Located in Rocks Green the building shell provides a total GIFA of 31,478ft2 with the sales floor measuring 17,665 ft2 and was constructed using a steel frame and cladding.
Externally a new 169 space public car park was constructed using permeable paving with a 50m access road. Four EV charging points were provided. A concrete service yard with dock leveller was constructed to the rear of the new building.
