Quality & compliance.

Do it once. Do it right.

Quality, safety and environmental performance sit at the centre of how we work. Our management systems are independently certified, regularly audited and continually improved, so high standards aren’t something we check at the end – they’re built into every stage of delivery.

Quality and safety, built in.

Every project follows the same disciplined approach: planned processes, clear responsibilities and transparent reporting. Independent certification gives clients confidence and our own culture ensures those standards are lived on site every day.

ISO 9001 certified quality management
ISO 14001 environmental management
ISO 45001 health & safety management
Zero-tolerance approach to incidents
Biometric site access and regular training
Continuous improvement, independently audited

ISO 9001, ISO 14001 and ISO 45001 for quality, environmental and health & safety management; Constructionline Gold; SSIP and CHAS; and the National Highway Sector Schemes for our highways work. We are CECA members, an accredited Living Wage employer, Armed Forces Covenant signatories and registered with the Considerate Constructors Scheme.

We have won 28 consecutive RoSPA Gold awards. That shows a sustained commitment to safe working across three decades – all independently assessed. A recent example is the £8.5m Telford community fire station, delivered with zero RIDDORs.

We self-deliver – and are proud to do so. With more than 220 direct employees and a fleet of our own plant, the people who price the job are the people who carry it out. That means fewer sub-contractors and much greater accountability for cost, programme and quality.

Yes, very much so. Much of our public sector work is phased around buildings that need to stay open including schools, fire stations and civic buildings with public access. Our teams plan segregation, logistics, noise and dust control and out-of-hours working around the people who still need to use the building – all delivered by safeguarding-aware crews.
