This week McPhillips is handing over the final phase of the £11m redevelopment of The Coalyard on the Pensnett Estate to London & Cambridge Properties (LCP). The scheme has been running since 2016 and included construction of five industrial units totalling 160,000ft2 with much of the external works delivered by our 200+ strong in-house workforce including earthworks, groundworks, retaining structures, drainage, access road, car parking and landscaping.
