We’re happy to announce that Birmingham City Council has appointed McPhillips as their principal contractor for the £2.2m Snow Hill Project 1.1 Colmore Row East to start next year.
This public realm and highway improvement scheme has been designed to reduce congestion and delays by changing traffic movements and rationalising loading and parking for cars, delivery vehicles, buses and taxis in Colmore Row East and Livery Street.
The completed project will encourage pedestrians to use the area by providing a more inviting, pedestrian friendly environment with improved landscaping, reducing clutter and providing high quality materials with consideration for other local developments.
