Another McPhillips commercial building project has recently been completed and handed over. The design & build of 93,000ft2 of warehouse and office space at Prime Point Phase 2, Pensnett for London & Cambridge Properties (LCP) involved vibrated stone column ground improvements, tarmac access road and car parking, concrete services yards, dock levelers and three new steel framed and cladded buildings.
