McPhillips is pleased to announce the start of a new £1.9m scheme to regenerate 4.5 acres of brownfield land on a former British Sugar site in Kidderminster.
The development on Silverwoods Park will deliver 17,000ft2 of new light industrial units and a drive-thru Costa Coffee as part of a larger employment project. The wider mixed-use development on the outskirts of the town, already offers hundreds of new homes, a supermarket, a pub and a community leisure centre.
