McPhillips has recently completed and handed over a new 12,000 sq ft unit at Battlefield, Shrewsbury to provide a trade counter, showroom, warehouse and two storey offices for a local timber specialist.
The unit was designed with a steel frame and composite cladded walls with glazed curtain walling to the front elevation and the roof features solar PV . Externally a permeable block paved and tarmac surfaced car park was constructed along with concrete yard featuring racking for storing timber products.
