We’re pleased to announce that McPhillips has recently been certified by BMTRADA for the “laying of asphalt mixes in accordance with National Highway Sector Scheme No 16.”
The National Highway Sector Schemes are quality management systems for the highways industry based on, and supplementing, ISO 9001 with additional requirements specific to highways work.
NHSS 16 certifies that asphalt surfacing activities are delivered by trained and competent personnel and that management systems meet requirements for control of workmanship and health & safety.
