McPhillips has recently handed-over 1150m² of new single storey retail space to Telford & Wrekin Council. On opening the four units have been occupied by Poundstretcher, Vets for Pets, Subway and QA Kitchens.
Despite the site being constrained by other adjacent on-going developments site agent Steve Cooper successfully co-ordinated activities to deliver the project within budget and programme.
