McPhillips is pleased to have been awarded a new £5m contract by Taylor Wimpey West Midlands for the on-site roads, sewers & groundworks for 119 housing plots at Keys Park Road, Hednesford.
The new Cherry Blossom development will involve 30,000m3 earthworks, 645m of new roads, 394m of new 150mm dia. foul sewers, 603m of new storm sewers 225mm – 900mm dia. and piled foundations for 119 housing plots.
