A51 Construction Reaseheath

McPhillips are constructing approx. 1km of new adoptable Section 38 highway including a roundabout in order to divert the A51 for a new residential development at Reaseheath near Nantwich.

To get the footprint up to sub-base we’ve so far had to place 40,000m3 of engineered material and construct new river culverts under the highway.

Construction will continue to Cheshire East Council specification and eventually we’ll be diverting A51 traffic onto the new road by tying into the existing highway at the western end and by connecting to Reaseheath roundabout on the eastern end.
