This was the scene recently at McPhillips’ construction of a 31,500 ft2 building, car park and infrastructure for Ludlow’s new Sainsbury’s store off Duncow Road. Initial site preparation involved lime stabilisation of over 7000m3 of material. Current external works involve construction of permeable drainage, car park, service yard and new highway access while the building cladding installation is nearly complete and we’re carrying out internal works to the shell.
