McPhillips’ redevelopment of the Dogs Trust Darlington Rehoming Centre is really taking shape.
Work is well underway on the internal walls along with the first fix mechanical and electrical.
High level acoustic ceilings are being installed and are awaiting decoration prior to the installation of underfloor heating and application of floor screeds.
External works to the central courtyard area are ongoing and we will soon be forming new rain gardens as part of the SUDS drainage.
The existing farmhouse building is being converted to office space and accommodation with a new puppy and welping area to the ground floor and the vets building has been extended and refurbished to provide a new operating theatre and recovery area.
