McPhillips have been on-site at Beaconside, Stafford since 2014 delivering the infrastructure and groundworks requirements for Taylor Wimpey.
40,000m3 of earthworks have taken place and as of early 2018 over 250 plots have been provided along with 6000m of 4.8m – 7.3m wide estate roads and footways. Over 10000m of surface and foul water sewers up to 1200mm have been installed with box culvert surface water attenuation.
