McPhillips has recognised the outstanding dedication of two valued team members who have each completed 25 years of service with the firm.
Matt Crowther, gateman, and Michael Oliver, foreman, were presented with engraved watches by the directors in recognition of their quarter-century of commitment to the company.
The presentation acknowledges the significant contribution both employees have made to McPhillips’ continued success and growth over more than two decades.
Managing Director Paul Inions said: “Matt and Michael represent the very best of McPhillips. Their loyalty and dedication over 25 years is exceptional and testament to their professionalism and work ethic.
