New project underway

McPhillips Design and Build have commenced work on the construction of a new £1.5m headquarters for local haulage company AJ Maidens.  In order to move closer to one of their largest clients AJ Maidens have employed McPhillips to build their new site at Deer Park Way in Donnington Wood, Telford.

The site consists of a 10,000m2 yard area along with 1,600m2 of office space and vehicle maintenance facilities.  The trailer park contains a vehicle wash, fuelling equipment and parking for 70 vehicles.  Having commenced in August 2009 the project is expected to be completed within 5 months.
